Exchange
1.We do not return or exchange products, but in case a customer receives damaged product we arrange reverse pickup. Note we need a package opening video to raise a complaint. We do our quality check before sending a package, but the shipping process is long when the package is mishandled by courier boys. Damages can happen and we do take responsibility for that.
2. For minor colour and design variations in the products from the photographs shared on the website would not be eligible for a refund
