Affiliate Agreement Your participation in the Program is solely to legally advertise our website to receive a commission on products purchased by individuals referred to The Gallery by your personal referrals, Blogs, Videos.
This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in “The Gallery” affiliate program. In this agreement, the term “Affiliate” refers to you (the applicant) and “The Gallery” refers to “thegallery.co.in” with whom you are entering this agreement. By applying to “The Gallery” affiliate program you are confirming that you have read the agreement and acknowledged to the terms and conditions.
Commissions For a sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate, the customer must complete the order and remit full payment for the product. Commissions will only be paid on sales that are made when the customer clicks through qualified, correctly structured Affiliate links. Properly coded links are the sole responsibility of the affiliate. Commissions can be viewed on the Affiliate Dashboard.
Refunds In the event a customer requests a refund for a transaction for which the Affiliate has earned commissions, any commissions earned on the refund amount will be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance.
Referral Tracking The Gallery will provide the Affiliate with specific Referral Links to link advertise. The Gallery will track users who have visited these Referral Links using cookies which expire after 10 days. Only users who make a purchase while the cookie is active will be considered referrals of the Affiliate and recorded as such in the Affiliate Dashboard.
The Affiliate is not authorized to modify or alter the Referral Links or the cookies in any way. The Gallery is not responsible for any tracking or reporting errors that may result from any modifications to the Referral Link or the cookies.
There are 2 types of links.
1. A link which you generate for the website and promote by doing this you will get commission for the order value placed by the customer.
2. A link which you generate for a specific product by doing this you will get commission for that particular product only. For instance if the customer place an order for that specific product and another product. You will receive commission for that specific product only, you will not receive any commission for another product placed by the customer.
Term and Termination
Your affiliate application and status in the Program may be suspended or terminated immediately without prior notice if you break the rules.
If The Gallery terminates the agreement, no further commissions from The Gallery will be paid for any past or future customer transactions.
Affiliate Links You may use graphic and text links both on your posts and within in your email messages. You may also advertise the The Gallery site in online and offline classified ads.
Create your own posts as long as they are deemed appropriate.
Modification We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures and Affiliate Program rules.
